A Story of Two Friends Who Decided to Do It the Right Way
The owner team for Revival Properties, Logan and Jonathan, grew up in East Tennessee and found their way to each other through a shared belief: that homeowners deserve a contractor who's honest, shows up, and actually cares about the work.
Logan took a hands-on, nontraditional path. He learned to trade, bought and remodeled his first homes, and developed a sharp eye for both design and numbers along the way. About three-quarters through his first major remodel, he brought Jonathan in to help. They finished the house together, and the partnership just clicked.
Jonathan brings structure, process, and calm precision. Logan brings vision, design instinct, and a builder's understanding of what makes a space work. They challenge each other's ideas and consistently land on stronger solutions. Both run projects end to end. Both stay deeply involved on-site.
The owner team launched Revival Properties in 2023 as true fifty-fifty partners. Their mission is to blend old-school craftsmanship with modern, standout finishes across kitchens, bathrooms, full remodels, additions, and new builds. They're here for the long haul, and they're committed to raising the bar for what clients expect from a contractor.

Logan Dixon
Logan Dixon grew up in East Tennessee with a hands-on foundation in construction, developing real-world building experience from an early age under the guidance of his grandfather. Over the years, he built a strong understanding of remodeling, structural work, project planning, and design through hands-on experience managing renovation projects from start to finish.
That path gave Logan an unusual combination of strengths: he’s equally sharp with numbers and design. He can walk into a space, see what it could become, and turn that vision into a practical, buildable plan that looks high-end while remaining functional and structurally sound. At Revival Properties, he works closely with homeowners, subcontractors, and crews to ensure every project is executed with precision, communication, and long-term quality in mind.
Logan is guided by honesty, integrity, and pride in workmanship. He refuses to sacrifice quality for shortcuts and believes every project, regardless of size, should be built to last. His approach focuses heavily on craftsmanship, clear communication, and attention to detail, values that continue to shape the culture and standards of Revival Properties
Outside of work, Logan spends most of his time outdoors: hunting, fishing, kayaking, and chasing new experiences. The same discipline, patience, and consistency he brings to those pursuits is what he brings to every project and every client relationship.

Jonathan Hodge
Jonathan Hodge grew up in East Tennessee, homeschooled alongside his two older brothers. He earned an Associate's degree from Roane State Community College while attending the University of Tennessee, then built a strong foundation in leadership and client relationships, first as a team lead in a technology warehouse, then in sales for an edible landscaping startup.
Those roles sharpened his approach to operations, project execution, and communication. At Revival Properties, Jonathan serves as Project Manager alongside Logan, alternating lead and support roles on every job. He's systems-minded and precise, the kind of person who improves anything he touches.
Jonathan finds deep satisfaction in transforming spaces and turning clients' visions into reality. He's guided by three principles: honesty, clear communication, and setting strong expectations so clients always know exactly where they stand. He's grateful for the opportunities God has given them and everything they've built so far.
Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys time with his wife, singing in the church choir, family gatherings, playing with his dog Odin, and listening to audiobooks.
