What It Is
A Giveback Initiative Built Into Our Business
The James 1:27 Project is a community giveback program where Revival Properties provides free construction work, labor and materials, for homeowners who cannot afford it. It is named for the scripture that calls us to look after people in distress.
Projects can range from a failing roof to water damage to an unsafe bathroom to a kitchen that no longer functions. If it protects a family or restores dignity in their home, it fits.
Each selected family pays nothing. There is no application fee, no payment plan, no catch.

How It Works
A simple, private process. Anyone can nominate, the owners select, and our crews build.

Submit A Nomination
Anyone can nominate a homeowner using the form on this page. You can nominate a neighbor, family member, someone from your church, or yourself.

Owners Review Privately
The owners read every submission and select projects together based on need, scope, and the capacity we have that season. There is no public scoring or voting.

We Walk The Home
For selected nominations we reach out, walk the home with the family, and confirm scope, timing, and materials needed.

We Build
Our crews complete the work at no cost to the family. Same standards, same finishes, same care as a paid project.
When Projects Happen
Nominations are accepted year-round. Owners review submissions on a rolling basis and select projects based on need, scope, and the capacity our crews have that season. As the business grows, the number of James 1:27 projects we take on each year grows with it.
Where We Serve
The James 1:27 Project is available to homeowners inside our regular Revival Properties service area. If you are unsure whether someone qualifies geographically, nominate them anyway and we will let you know.
