We started Revival Properties because we kept seeing the same thing go wrong. Homeowners would hire a contractor, get excited, and then slowly watch the whole thing fall apart. Estimates that didn't match invoices. Crews that went quiet. Project managers who stopped picking up once the deposit cleared. By the end, clients weren't just frustrated with the project. They were done trusting contractors altogether.
We didn't come from a background of big construction firms or inherited businesses. We came up working with our hands, learning from the people around us, and paying close attention to how things are actually done on job sites across this region. What we saw gave us a clear picture of what not to be.
Revival Properties exists to run the other kind of company. The kind that is honest before the job starts, communicates clearly while it's underway, and finishes with the same care and attention it brought on day one. We launched in 2023 as a true partnership, and every decision we've made since has been built around one question: would we be comfortable if our client saw exactly what we're doing and why?
